1. Purchase orders are accepted along with account payee cheques / drafts / cash only.

3. The time for hosting will be one business day from the date of placing the order or from the date of realization of cheque,
whichever is earlier.

4. All payments are payable in advance.

5. The company bears no responsibility for the loss of time due to breakdown of server because of International and National
ISP’s technical problems and also due to technical snags for reasons beyond our control.

6. The company accepts no responsibility for returning the matter handed over to us for hosting on the net.

7. The company accepts no responsibility for the matter published in the internet, as it is the expression of the Advertiser.

8. The processes are subject to change without notice.

9. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any order without assigning any reason thereof.

10. All disputes are subject to Chennai Jurisdiction only.
